  • At Good Space, we offer private office rentals, designed for individuals, duos, or small teams who want their own dedicated workspace in downtown Edmonton. We do not offer hot-desks or shared desk spaces at this time — if you’re specifically looking for a hotdesk or private desk option, just ask and we’d be happy to suggest alternatives in our building or neighbourhood.

With private offices you get your own defined space — ideal for focused work, confidentiality, client meetings or team collaboration.

  • We’re located on the third floor of the historic Mercer Warehouse at 10359 104 Street NW, Edmonton AB T5J 1B9. This central downtown location gives you easy access to transit, restaurants, parking options, and the city’s vibrant professional community.

  • Totally! We understand your business may grow. If you start in a smaller office and later need more space, we’ll work with you to transition into a larger private office within our building, if available. We aim to make growth smooth, so you can stay within the Good Space community as you expand.

  • You’re free to run your business from your private office — whether you’re a consultant, designer, tech startup, legal or accounting practice, creative agency, or other professional services. We just ask that you maintain a respectful environment for your neighbours and abide by the terms of our agreement and building rules (e.g., hours of visitor access, noise levels, security).

  • Good Space provides secure 24/7 access for members, CCTV monitoring of common areas, professional cleaning of shared amenities, and adherence to all relevant health & safety standards. If you have specific accessibility or wellness needs, let us know — we’re committed to a supportive environment.

  • Yes — we encourage you to make the space your own (within reason) so that it reflects your brand and working style. Though the office spaces come furnished, we’ll discuss any modifications, signage or custom furniture during the leasing process, to ensure it aligns with building policies and space logistics.

  • Yes — while you have your own private office, you’ll also be part of the Good Space community. That means access to member events, networking opportunities, shared perks like discounts and wellness programs — giving you the best of both privacy + community.

  • Lease terms, renewal options, and any early termination policies will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement. We aim for straightforward, transparent terms so you can plan with confidence. If you anticipate a need for flexibility (e.g., move-out or expansion), we’ll talk through your options up-front.

  • Our downtown Edmonton address places us within easy reach of public transit, major thoroughfares, and ample downtown parking options. We provide secure bike parking as part of your membership. We’re happy to provide guidance on the best parking or transit routes based on how you and your team commute.
