ABOUT US

Work somewhere that means something

A revitalized landmark in downtown Edmonton, Good Space offers more than small and medium private office space — it’s a community of builders, thinkers, and doers.

A space with history and heart

The Mercer Warehouse has stood at the corner of 104 Street for over a century. Built in 1911, it began as a cold storage facility and later became home to Startup Edmonton, helping shape the city’s early innovation scene. Its exposed brick, original wood beams and historic charm still tell the story of its industrial past — now reimagined for modern work.

The building is owned and managed by Kelly Pope and his family, who specialize in restoring heritage spaces with intention. Through their company, Gather Co., they’ve turned Mercer into more than just an office building — it’s a curated space that reflects their belief in community, creativity, and meaningful connection.

Surrounded by good company

Mercer is home to small professional teams — law firms, accounting practices, real estate groups, creatives and consultancies — who appreciate working near other likeminded professionals in a setting that balances privacy with connection.

Inside, you’ll find flexible office spaces filled with natural light and character. Outside your door, you're surrounded by some of the city’s best local spots — El Jardin, Baijiu, and The Den — perfect for a working lunch or after-hours unwind. Downstairs, Weekly, shares the lower level with a vibrant community of creatives — as well as a Ukies Yummy, a fantastic Ukrainian restaurant!

At Good Space, you get more than a private office. You get the energy of the building, the charm of its history, and the benefits of being part of something local and intentional.
